- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed.
- To measure site traffic and improve our content.
- To protect our forms against spam.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
5. Cookies and third-party tools
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Microsoft Advertising (advertising performance measurement). Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet. Our newsletter and transactional emails are handled by Brevo. These providers may process data outside Quebec; we choose providers that offer adequate protection. Quote requests are kept as long as needed to follow up on your file and meet our legal obligations. Your newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, ask us to stop disseminating it, withdraw your consent and request data portability by writing to info@gestionedem.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers. Plans and documents you send us are handled in strict confidence.
