Our story
An estimating firm born in Quebec City in 2017.
Gestion Edem started from a simple observation: contractors and project owners often lack the time and resources to estimate their projects thoroughly. Since then, we have estimated more than 1,000 projects, backed by 15 years of experience in buildings and civil works.
From performance halls to hospitals, from sewer networks to a water treatment plant in Nunavut, every project has taught us something about what work really costs. That experience is what you are buying, more than a spreadsheet of quantities.
