What we measure
What we take off your drawings.
Concrete
Volumes in m³ per footing, wall, column, beam and slab, with the specified concrete class.
Rebar
Kilograms per bar size (10M, 15M, 20M…), laps, hooks, chairs and mesh.
Slabs
Finishing areas, saw cuts, curing and sealers.
Winter and logistics
Protection, heating, pumping and admixtures when the schedule falls in cold weather.

Do you produce shop bar lists?
No. We do quantities for bidding. Shop drawings stay with the fabricator.
Can you price concrete only?
Yes. Concrete only, rebar only, or both, depending on your trade.
Do you account for phasing?
Yes, when the specs or the contractor call for it. Quantities are then split by phase.
